I’m obsessive in my belief that meditation is a gift to yourself. It’s a way of getting to know your mind.

Yes it can be boring and hard. But it can also be beautiful and profound.

It’s hands down the practice that’s most transformed my life. 

Not in a big obvious way, like we’re all so conditioned to expect.  It’s slow, small and subtle, but it’s life-changing.

During our 75-minutes together you’ll learn: 

  • What mindfulness meditation is, and its benefits

  • Understand why mindfulness meditation is the foundation for all other types of meditation

  • The three-step technique to keep you present

  • How to do it daily

This won’t be a passive workshop, there will be practice too :)

And in case you’re wondering I’ve heard all the objections to meditating:

  • My mind’s so busy

  • I can’t sit still

  • No way I can slow down my thoughts

  • I’m too impatient

  • I don’t have the time 

I’m not debating any of the above, because they can feel like the truth. 

There’s no such thing as a perfect time to start meditating.  You can start from exactly where you are. To begin, you don’t need to be any different than how you are right now.

Because that is the foundation of mindfulness meditation. In every moment we can make a fresh start.
