From 5 - 9 May, you’ll get a daily email from me, sharing a different technique that will help you de-stress.
These practices vary between 5 to 10 minutes. They'll be pre-recorded and you'll have access to them for 14 days.
They're both seated and movement based, but all of them are simple to learn, and easy to integrate into your day to day life.
